My name is Chris Hutton. I've been around since the early days of #linuxnewbie. As of this writing, I believe I hold the record for most AFK member :)

I'm primarily a Slackware Linux user, employing it for server applications. Areas of particular experience:

  • Apache servers
  • PHP (coding, servers)
  • MySQL
  • Mail servers (preferred qmail)
  • DNS servers (preferred djbdns)
  • Networking
  • Hardware

I'm currently located in Baghdad, Iraq, deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
